Cinnamon Leaf has been enjoyed for centuries and was one of the most valuable spices in the spice trade. It’s warming and stimulating effects are useful in restoring the system. This oil is steam distilled from the young twigs of the cinnamon tree.

Cinnamon oil can be used for infection of the respiratory tract, rheumatism, arthritis and general pains. It calms an exhausted feeling of depression, tones the whole body and stimulates the glandular system, thus easing period pains.

Its enjoyable fragrance is pleasant to use as a room scent and is very effective at removing unwanted odors. It is also a natural insecticide, effective at keeping moths away.

Ways to Use:

Stress Relief:   Combine Cinnamon and Frankincense in 1 tsp unscented bath oil. Stir water before entering.

Room Fragrance: Combine Cinnamon and Sweet Orange in a diffuser to create a cheerful, friendly atmosphere. It will also dispel unwanted cooking odors.

Sensual Massage: Relax and enjoy blend 3 drops cinnamon and 6 drops Ylang Ylang in 1 oz unscented massage oil.

Precautions:  Use in moderation and always dilute well with concentration of no more than 1%. If you have sensitive skin, try a patch test before using. Avoid use during pregnancy.
