Chase stress and insomnia away with these oils, they are designed to promote calming and soothing rest.
It seems that between stress, anxiety, and hormones, more and more people are continually eluded by a good night’s sleep.
It is estimated that most adults experience sleep disorder at some point. Insomnia may be the primary problem. Insomnia can sap not only your energy level and mood but also your health, work performance and quality of life.
Did you know that for people with hypertension, one night without enough sleep can cause elevated blood pressure all through the next day.
SleepWell Collection consists of the following 6 oils
These oils are certified organic. Some of the oils are wild-crafted which means that the crops grow naturally in the wild and are harvested by hand
Ways to use~ Essential Oil Collection
These Essential oils can be used both topically and through inhalation to improve the quality of sleep.
Inhaling: My preferred method to receive the benefits of the oils is by combining the essential oils in my Cold Air Nebulizer. It disperses the essential oils molecules into the air and allows you to inhale them. Start diffusing your oils 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Click here to view diffuser options.
If you do not have a diffuser, you can combine a few drops of essential oil in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, cup them around your nose and inhale deeply. Do this for several minutes.
Massage: For adults combine your choice of oils 2-3 drops with your choice of carrier oil and massage upper shoulders, neck, temples, and feet.
For children combine 1-2 drops essential oil (Lavender) with carrier oil like coconut oil or jojoba Oil and massage under feet.
Bath: Mix 3-6 drops of essential oil with Epsom salt or baking soda and add to a hot bath water while tub is filling. Soak in bath for 20-30 minutes.
I have found is that each person has individual needs and you have to experiment to see which oils work best for you.
